Wired has a gallery of photos from the set of the orginal Star Wars flick. I love the one below of the Storm Troopers without their helmets on. It looks like a cover of a 70’s band album. Also, the early art concept for Chewbacca looks very Bigfoot’esque.

P.S. The guy on the end pointing his blaster at the camera. He is the guy that would have broken up the band … if this was a band.
