The Strange Maps blog has found another wonderful oddity. This map shows “… the number of UFO reports per 100,000 people by county in the continental US.”
Looks like my home state of Maryland is pretty lame (or sane depending on how you look at it) when it comes to UFO sightings.

See that tiny little red spot in the Florida panhandle? That’s Gulf Breeze, FL — right by Pensacola Beach. I used to live very near there. Unfortunately, I missed out on all the abduction stuff. At least, as far as I know… There was that 2 year stretch that I have no memory of…
